The new Framesi bleaching cream is used to decolor and highlight the hair and to remove cosmetic color without the "dusting effect". It is extremely efficient in lightening the hair. Not only does its special formula allow results 1 or 2 levels lighter than a normal bleaching product but the protective oil contained in the cream ensures a delicate action on the hair structure.
